The MyINFINITI App offers a comprehensive suite of features to enhance your INFINITI ownership experience. Designed for compatibility with your iPhone or Apple Watch, this app provides remote access, security, personalization, vehicle information, maintenance, and convenience features.
While the MyINFINITI App is available to all INFINITI clients, it is optimized for vehicles from 2014 and onwards. For the complete MyINFINITI experience, including access to INFINITI InTouch® Services Premium package features, an active subscription is required. This premium package is available for select models manufactured in 2018 and newer.* To access a full list of features for your specific vehicle or start your subscription, please visit owners.infinitiusa.com.
With the Premium package trial or subscription and a compatible vehicle, you can enjoy the following benefits:
- Remote start and stop your vehicle**
- Lock and unlock your vehicle's doors remotely
- Activate the horn and lights remotely
- Search, save, and send points of interest to your vehicle
- Check vital vehicle status information (doors, engine, mileage, remaining fuel range, tire pressure, oil pressure, airbags, brakes)
- Locate your vehicle
- Access your latest Vehicle Health Report
- Receive customizable alerts for boundaries, speed limits, and curfews***

The following features are available to all INFINITI owners regardless of subscription status:

- Receive notifications for applicable vehicle recalls or service campaigns

- Access FAQs, guides, and manuals specific to your vehicle
- Review warranty information, tow coverage, and roadside assistance details

** The Remote Engine Start System should be used in accordance with local laws and regulations.
*** Before deleting a vehicle from your account, it is recommended that you delete all personal data and any alerts you have set (Speed, Boundary, and Curfew Alerts).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: AT&T's discontinuation of its 3G cellular network has affected the INFINITI InTouch Services telematics program. Starting from February 22, 2022, all INFINITI vehicles equipped with the 3G cellular network will no longer have access to the INFINITI InTouch Services features. Clients who purchased an INFINITI vehicle with this type of hardware must have enrolled in INFINITI InTouch Services before June 1, 2021, in order to have received access until February 22, 2022 (access is subject to cellular network availability and coverage limitations).
